The Root Cause of Panic and Anxiety

To perform these two vital functions, the autonomic nerve system has 2 subsections, the compassionate nerve system and the parasympathetic nervous system.
The sympathetic nervous controls the terror reply and the parasympathetic is supposed to restore you to a normal state once danger has passed. However this response can be triggered all to simply and our stressful lives mean that often this reply does not get shut down fully leaving us in state of fight/flight and subject to panic and anxiety.
