that's a pretty hard Q to answer… many of them probably will with a proper diagnosis & referral. it may be under a mental health benefit or under a pain management benefit.
if you want to check on your own insurance, you just call the member services number on your card- if you dont have benefits for this service, and you're shopping around for it… then you can't just say well, does Blue Cross pay for it or does Aetna cover it, because all Blue Cross policies are different… some people's policies are different than other policies. It depends on if you get it thru an employer or on your own what benefits you have.
Some small insurance companies have great benefits- better than big name insurance companies.
